Planting Your Potatoes This Way Gives Massive Harvests! | Gardening For Beginners

It's time to plant the potatoes at the allotment vegetable plot, but I won't be planting them in the ground or in raised beds.

Instead, I'll be planting them in buckets as I have done now for several years.. with good results!
Today I'll go over pretty much all the things you need to know about growing potatoes in containers, so that you can achieve the best harvest possible!

There are some problems you may encounter when growing potatoes in containers, but we will go over those too. Overall though, the benefits outweigh the negatives and I have found that results are far better than growing in the ground.

We've got some Kestrel second early potatoes, and some main crops - Cara and Maris Piper. Some lovely varieties that are delicious!
