How to Position Line Chart on Specific Bar in Grouped Bar Chart in Chart JS

In this video we will explore how to position line chart on specific bar in grouped bar chart in chart js. In bar line combo chart the line of the line chart is always position in the center. This is fine if we deal with a single dataset for the bar chart. However, with multiple bars in a grouped bar chart this is not desirable.

Being able to connect the line with a specific bar chart would make more sense and shows the relationship with the line and bar. This can be achieved some limited customization by creating a chart plugin.
