The 50-50 Pink Sakura Martini, this pink drink is much like the fabled Maid Marian herself, it looks sweet and innocent, but watch out, there is more to it than meets the eye. Best served into a chilled coupe with a block of ice.
To make it you need:
37.5ml VSOT infused with Hibiscus, Pink Peppercorns, and Lemon
37.5ml Mancino Sakura Vermouth
Stir down over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. For an “instagram worthy” serve strain into a chilled coupe with a block of clear ice. Garnish with lemon zest.
