This session will guide you through best practices for GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) analysis, focusing on human brain data. Discover how to leverage GeoMx DSP to visualize individual cell types and their gene expression patterns within spatially defined Regions of Interest (ROIs), driven by immunofluorescent cell type markers, for precise cell-type-specific insights.
