Chocolate Ganache- Add 1 cup Chocolate chips in 1/3 rd cup warm heavy cream , mix until smooth.

White chocolate ganache - Add 3 Tbsp White chocolate chips in 1 Tbsp warm heavy cream, mix.

White gel- 1/2 tsp Crisco/Vegetable shortening + 3 drops of white gel color

Gelatin- Add 120grams of gelatin in 2 cups of cold water, let it bloom for 15 mins. Boil 2 cups of water and 3/4th cup of sugar, add it to the gelatin mixture. Mix until smooth, add I drop of blue gel color.
