Ultralight Lure Fishing - Urban Trout - Lure Fishing for Trout

Something a little different in this video! I recently bought a pair of waders and explored an urban stretch of river that I'd been intrigued about for quite a while.

It was a really enjoyable experience wader up river and discovering a healthy population of wild brown trout. It was often possible to cast to fish I could see which was really exciting and the fight these little trout put up on a 3g rod makes for loads of fun. All my fish were caught on a glittery gold Jackall Tide Beat lure mounted on a 0.6g Jackall Aji Mame Micro Jih Head.

Reel: Shimano Vanford 1000
Mainline: Major Craft Ester 1.5lb
Leader: Major Craft Dangan Fluorocarbon 3lb
