Big Trout on a 5g Rated LRF Rod

A little video from a short session earlier this week when I met up with Dan aka ‪@FishingAroundBudleigh‬ who'd persuaded the owner to let us lure fish on the little catch and release lake at Hollies Trout Farm.

Although we knew there were trout in the lake. we were fishing for perch and other coarse species. I'd already had a small perch when something a little bigger took a liking to the 2" paddle tail i was hoping along the bottom. The video tells the rest of the story....

He also captured all the footage in this video and was kind enough to put it together and send it over to me.
