2025年的春天开始啦(立春2月3日-2月17日),春盘的历史可以追溯到晋代,最初是为了在正月初一拜寿时使用。到了唐代,春盘的内容变得更加丰富,不仅限于辛辣蔬菜,还包括春饼、生菜等。古人认为在立春食用春盘大有益处,所以在此时节记得多吃些辛辣的蔬菜,详细制作方法我放在了最后面。The spring of 2025 has begun (from2025.02.03.— 02.17.).
