Such a lovely way to nourish oneself with a yoga sequence that starts with breathing exercises to let go of whatever we have in our mind from a busy day. Gentle warms up lead to a short but energetic part. Sometimes it may seem counter-intuitive to do anything dynamic when we are tired however often times, a little bit of challenge to the body is exactly what it needs to move around stagnant energy. Then we end with restorative poses to reap all the benefits of our movement practice!
