Ready to get a strong upper body, this is the workout for you. 20 Min Upper Body Kettlebell Strength no repeats workout routine to build lean muscle mass. The exercises throughout this session target the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and abs. If you don't have kettlebells, you can use dumbbells instead.
This workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user due to the short rest times between exercises, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well! 💪🏼
🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you. Use the weight as a guide when you might need to change the weights depending on the exercise.
