Sfof is a Lebanese dessert that has a very unique taste and its pretty easy to make with just few ingredients .
Sfof Ingredients:
2Cups (500g) all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups (325g) fine Semolina
1 1/2 cups (325g) sugar or more if desired
2 tbspoons Turmeric
pinch of salt
3 tspoons baking powder
1/2 cup (125g) cocoa powder
2 1/4 cups (510g) milk
1/4 cup (50g) Tahini
1 cup (250g) vegetable oil (or mix light olive oil nd veg oil)
