“The Unseen Journey,” was composed as a ‘requiem for many’ after the events of 9/11 and the unexpected passing of our dear friend Derek Bell (harp player and founding member of The Chieftains). It seems appropriate to share this piece with you during the turbulent times that we are living in now. You can find the original version on our CD “Where Dragons Dance” in which the haunting Irish pipes (played masterfully by Tom Creegan) can be heard as the missing tearful descant from this solo-harp version.
