Menyambut momen spesial, masakannya pun harus spesial. Martin Praja, seorang chef dan YouTuber merayakan momen spesial ini dengan memasak Portuguese Egg Tart.

Dalam memasak, Martin menerapkan 5 zona penting yang perlu diperhatikan, diantaranya consumable zone, non-consumable zone, cleaning zone, preparation zone, dan cooking zone. Untuk menerapkan hal tersebut, diperlukan peralatan fitting dapur yang kokoh dan tahan lama agar lebih efisien.

Di video kali ini, Martin menggunakan produk Blum seperti SPACE TOWER, AVENTOS dengan SERVO-DRIVE, SPACE-STEP, dan MERIVOBOX dengan AMBIA-LINE yang dapat membantu Anda dalam memasak Portuguese Egg Tart dengan lebih mudah dan efektif.


Resep membuat portuguese egg tart:

500 ml susu
150 ml krim
4 kuning telur
100 g gula pasir
2 sdm maizena
1-2 tetes esens vanila
Sejumput garam
Puff pastry
Egg wash


Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan susu, krim, vanilla essence, dan gula pasir hingga hampir mendidih.
2. Di dalam mangkuk, campurkan kuning telur dan maizena hingga tercampur rata.
3. Tuangkan campuran susu panas perlahan ke dalam campuran telur sambil terus diaduk agar telur tidak matang.
4. Saring custard untuk menghilangkan gumpalan.
5. Potong puff pastry dan lapisi di atas cetakan, lalu tuangkan custard di atasnya.
6. Panggang pada suhu 180°C selama 20 menit atau sampai matang.
7. Portuguese Egg Tart siap disajikan.

In this video, Martin uses various Blum products such as SPACE TOWER, AVENTOS with SERVO-DRIVE, SPACE-STEP, and MERIVOBOX with AMBIA-LINE to make baking Portuguese Egg Tarts easier and more effective.

Recipe of making Portuguese egg tart:
500 ml milk
150 ml cream
4 egg yolks
100 g sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1-2 drops vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Puff pastry
Egg wash

How to make:
1. Heat the milk, cream, vanilla essence, and sugar until just before boiling.
2. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks and cornstarch until well combined.
3. Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously to prevent the eggs from cooking.
4. Strain the custard to remove any lumps.
5. Cut the puff pastry and line it in the tart molds, then pour the custard on top.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until set.
7. Your Portuguese egg tarts are ready to be served.
