Niha has ancient Phoenician and Roman Temple remains with Christian places of worship from early times to the present day, a testament to the sought-after climate as well as the isolated, breathtaking, and faith-inspiring location. Set in steep, strategic mountain terrain, Niha has been witness to brave struggles of survival and defense from invading forces of ancient times right down to the late 20th century during the Lebanese civil war of 1975-1990.

Mazraat Bani Saab (also spelled Mazraat Abi Saab or Mazraat Beni’ Saab) (Arabic: مزرعة بني صعب) is a village in the Bsharri District of Lebanon. The village is located near the towns of Qnat and Mazraat Aassaf. The village is designated by the Ministry of Tourism as a protected eco-tourism site.

Kfour el-Arbi is a village in the Batroun area of North Lebanon. Its name in English translates to “the downhills.”

The village has a population of around 2,000 people.
Roman monetary pieces engraved with the head of Emperor Constantine have been discovered in the town, in addition to a historical fountain, an old Byzantine church, sarcophagi, and old cemeteries on the mountainside. The town is also home to the Church of Saydet Al-Qalaa Al-Ajaibiyyeh, built in an elevated place between the suburbs of Hardine and Al-Kfour. The church structure, which is surrounded by ruins, is an old temple encased inside a natural cave.
