I filmed this video two days before my nine week surgiversary. Lots of folks had requested a video of an average day's intake, so here it is! I am not perfect, and every program is different, but I hope it helps to see what I eat. By the way, after I uploaded the video I realized that I misspoke about my morning vitamin. It is a B complex, not a B12 complex :-)
