Decorating for Christmas 🎄 | Transitioning to winter and getting into a holiday spirit

I can't believe it's already mid december and the end of year holidays is just around the corner 🎄! I've had much joy decorating our house these last couple of weeks, with Momo and Coco playing in the tree. Hope you enjoy this vlog 💛

Chocolate and pear pie recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) and place your shortcrust pastry in a pie dish.
Melt 80g of dark chocolate with 2tbsp of milk in a saucepan (or in the microwave).
Once chocolate has melted, add 3 tbsp of crème fraîche. Mix and pour over the pastry.
Then place the pear halves on top of the chocolate layer.
In a separate bowl, mix all together 3 eggs, 70g of sugar, 1tbsp of crème fraîche and 1/4 cup of milk. Once combined, pour over the pear and chocolate layers.
Bake in the oven for 30 min.
