비건 스쿨밀 프로젝트 (Vegan Schoolmeal Project)

This project was carried out by students from Sanmaeul High School and Meat Free Monday Korea over the course of a year, in which the students developed Vegan school lunch menus. The students introduced delicious and easy recipes that they thought would be popular with the students and talked about what they felt and learned in the process. The dishes developed through this project were adopted as regular school lunch menus at Sanmaeul High School and served to all students.

한국고기없는월요일과 산마을고등학교 학생들이 직접 채식급식 메뉴개발을 위해 1년간 진행한 프로젝트입니다. 학생들이 좋아할 만한 맛있고 쉬운 레시피들을 소개하고, 이 과정동안 느끼고 배운 것들에 대하여 이야기합니다. 이번 프로젝트를 통해 개발된 요리들은 산마을고등학교의 정규급식메뉴로 채택되어, 전교생들에게 서빙되었습니다.
