● Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
● Kashmiri chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

● Cumin Powder (jeera) - ½ tsp
● Garam Masala - ½ tsp
● Ghee - 1-2 Tbsp

👉 Kewra water / Rose water – 1 tsp (optional)

Fresh cream (optional)
