This is a short silent video showing how to configure Mach3 and create Brains file to control a Bosch Rexroth EFC5610 VFD. This video will show how to create a Brain file to start a motor in reverse and forward direction as well as how to stop the motor, and how to set motor speed and how to read the real RPM out of the VFD.
Additional video will show extra features, like how to make sure Mach3 waits for the spindle to reach a stable speed, read VFD output values and some other features.
This video shows the initial, start-up configuration of Bosch Rexroth EFC 5610 VFD. The inverter is going to be used with a Chinese 1.5kW 24000 rpm 400Hz spindle motor which will replace my current DC spindle used in my DIY CNC.
