Marinate singdi /sengdi with dahi, haldi and salt. Let it stay at room temperature for a day. Keep in sun for in same tray for 2 days and then spread across a cloth for few more days until it gets totally dried. Fry in hot oil for few seconds. Can be stored in container for months.
