VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
INGREDIANTS
Basmathi rice - as required
Oil – 7 spoons
Garlic – 15 gms / 1 bunch
Big Onion – 1
Beans – 50 gms
Cabbage- 50 gms
Green peas – little
Carrot – 50 gms
Capsicum – 1
Panner – 1 packet
Black salt – little
Salt – as required
Spring onions – 1 bunch
Soya sauce – 1 spoon
Chilli sauce – 1 spoon
Schezwan sauce – 2 spoons
METHOD
Soak basmathi rice for 20-30 mins. Boil water and cook rice with salt and 2 spoons of oil. Cook only upto 75% and filter it in a drainer. In a fry pan pour 5 spoons of oil first add garlic and fry. Then add onion and fry, then add beans, then add cabbage, then add little salt, mix well. Allow some cooking time for every addition of vegetable. Then add green peas and carrot, then add capsicum and panner and salt. Need not fry capsicum and panner too much. Add black salt this will give an egg effect. Add spring onions. After 20 sec. add soya sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan sauce and pepper and add little salt mix everything together. Add rice little by little and mix thoroughly. Yummy veg. pannner rice is ready to serve .
