Becoming the version of yourself who is able to better regulate your behaviors and choices, do hard things, and follow through is absolutely possible.
Gaining more discipline and motivation is a nuanced topic, but here's a take to help you think about things a little differently. In this video, I'm going to show you how to approach things more effectively and go over what will help you be someone who follows through and does the thing and seems like they have discipline.
