BUILDER REVIEW! EV Swap at SEMA 2024

Two installation techs and one Legacy EV student installed an Ampere EV Atom Drive system for the first time at the 2024 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV! This was the first time these techs ever installed an Atom Drive EV Powertrain. However, they collectively have over 25 EV conversion installations between them. From beginning to end, they installed Ampere's system in only two days, averaging about five hours per day using a Factory Five 818 chassis as the EV swap platform. While the exposed nature of the chassis lent itself to the installation and created visibility for onlookers, it's easy to see how proper chassis setup, combined with a complete system that is ready to install, including fully terminated HV and LV harnesses, can reduce installation time from weeks to a few days on practically any vehicle.
