Day 2 in Hong Kong was all about exploring the city — and eating my way through it! 🇭🇰
I started my morning off peacefully at Kowloon Park, a beautiful green escape in the middle of the city where locals go to relax, stretch, and feed the birds. From there, I wandered through the lively streets of Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan, getting a feel for Hong Kong’s fast-paced rhythm before finding one of the city’s most iconic noodle spots: Mak Man Kee Noodle Shop.
This tiny restaurant has been awarded by the Michelin Guide for its legendary wonton noodles — and trust me, they absolutely live up to the hype! 🍜 Perfectly springy noodles, flavorful broth, and fresh shrimp dumplings made it an unforgettable lunch.
To finish the day off, I visited the world-famous Jollibee on Nathan Road, and it was everything I hoped for — crispy, juicy fried chicken with that sweet gravy combo that hits differently. 🍗
