Crispy Onion Pizza ⬇️

Parmesan, shredded

Low moisture mozzarella, shredded

1 onion, sliced thin and kept in rings

Delicious Mix (Find at Kroger)

Pepperonis

Vinny R’s Italian (Now at Kroger and Walmart)

NOTE: You need parchment paper for this recipe.

Preheat oven to 400°F

Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper and build as follows:

Thin layer of parmesan and mozzarella, single layer of onion rings, a sprinkle of Delicious Mix, a bit more Parmesan, pepperonis, a sprinkle of Vinny R’s Italian.

Place sheet pan in oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese and onions are nice and very crispy.

Pull and remove parchment sheet from pan and rest for 10 minutes.

Remove onion pizza from parchment paper, slice and eat. We dunked them in marinara 😋
