Hilti Battery Not Charging - How To Reset

I have two pieces of Hilti batteries with 21.6V each.
One of the battery is not charging when put it on the charger.
I tried the jump start method to reset the battery.
First, to identify which pin on the hilti battery is positive and negative terminal, I removed the cover of the battery.
As you can see from the video, the red positive wire is connected to the second right pin while the black negative wire is connected to the second left pin.
I tested both pin with multimeter and confirmed the second right pin is the positive terminal while the second left pin negative terminal.
Then I used a pair of wire to connect the positive terminal to positive and negative terminal to negative.
I waited for 15 seconds before remove the connection.
The problematic hilti battery should be reset for now.
