If your Hilti 21.6V battery won’t charge, try these solutions:
Jump-Start with Another Hilti Battery – Connect the terminals of a charged Hilti battery to the dead one (positive to positive, negative to negative) for a brief boost.
Use a Compatible 18–20V Battery – A battery from another brand, such as a DeWALT 20V, may help reset the charging circuit.
Reset with a DC Power Supply – Directly connect a 21V/1A power source to the battery terminals to restore functionality.
