Our eight day began on a sweet note with delicious local pastries at Madame Habiba, followed by a hearty traditional breakfast at Restaurant Chef Fatma in Le Kef, where authentic flavors set the tone for the journey ahead.

We then explored Le Kef village, wandering through its charming Kasbah and old souk, where history and daily life intertwine.

On our way towards Testour, we made a cultural stop at the impressive Arch of Gordian III, a silent witness of Roman grandeur.

Arriving in Testour, we immersed ourselves in the Andalusian heritage of the town. We savored the culinary specialty Rechta Hlowa (Rechta Sucrée), and admired the unique Grande Mosquée, famous for its inverted minaret.

The afternoon at Réserve Ibn Smail, we had an Olive oil and cheese tasting workshops.

As the evening approached, we returned to Tunis for check-in at the Marriott Hotel.

The day concluded with a taste of modern Tunisian nightlife at The Factory (La Soukra) and Balthaz’art, blending tradition with contemporary rhythms.
