40 Minute Back & Chest Strength Workout | Descending Reps 15, 12, 10, 8 - Get ready to push/pull heavier weights! We are doing 4 sets in a descending rep pattern - 15,12,10,8. This will be supersets which can help us train more efficiently.

Format: 4 sets - reps range 15,12,10,8 reps
You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Workout: 4 sets
Chest press + One arm row x4
Chest fly (incline or flat) + Lat pull down (or dumbbell pullover)
Bent over wide row + Crush grip press
Pushups + Pendlay row
