If you are elderly and you are unable to get up and down off the ground for exercise, THIS VIDEO IS FOR YOU - Today I am guiding you through strengthening the hip muscles, which will catch you if you are falling over from side to side.
This is the Abduction exercise without any gym equipment necessary. Elderly and senior citizens can use this static method at home or use an abduction machine safely as well.
There is a crazy amount of mythology out there which says that elderly people and senior citizens are not able to exert real effort and change their bodies. The ones perpetrating such nonsense are the people encouraging elderly people to do "sit and be fit" programs, which do more damage than good.
If you want to live longer you simply need to do REAL EXERCISE that changes the body. This means effort. The stimulus has to be intense enough to produce any adaptive response. This is biological bedrock science.
