This video begins with a 5-minute warm up which is followed by a 36-minute workout period that includes blocks of recurring exercises (strength and cardio). The workout is followed by a 12-minute cool down period, which is primarily stretches.
This video includes the following exercises:
1. Zottman curls
2. Reverse lunges – first side
3. Reverse lunges – second side
4. Goblet side squats
5. Renegade rows
6. Low switch kicks*
7. Crunches*
8. Uppercuts, alternating (boxing)*
9. Diamond push ups*
10. Split lunge jumps*
*bodyweight exercise
The video does not include visual demonstrations or instructions for the exercises, so you will need to be familiar with them beforehand. This video includes audio cues for changes between exercises, but music has not been added so you can play your own choice of music while working out. There is a 60-second recovery period between the warm up and workout (and the workout and cool down) which is a great opportunity to change your music to match the energy level of each block.
