步骤:

2)把肉&蒜装在碗中,加入1颗蛋、1勺盐、1勺蚝油、少许五香粉、1勺胡椒粉、1勺花雕酒、1勺麻油、2勺面粉、1勺木薯粉搅拌均匀,腌制1小时或以上
3)热油热锅,把肉&蒜片一起下锅油炸,炸至金黄色捞出;再复炸一次取出装盘即可😋
