南乳蒜香炸花肉🐷 香脆,非常简单又好吃 😋
食材 :三层肉 250克,蒜头半粒,4勺粘米粉,2勺普通面粉
腌制肉:鸡精粉少许,1勺糖,1勺花雕酒,南乳1颗,1颗蛋液,清水2勺
步骤:
1)把三层肉清洗干净,切片;再把蒜拍扁备用
2)把肉&蒜装在碗中,鸡精粉少许,1勺糖,1勺花雕酒,南乳1颗,1颗蛋液,清水2勺搅拌均匀
3)热油热锅,把肉&蒜片一起下锅油炸,炸至金黄色捞出;再复炸一次取出装盘即可😋
