I thought these drum rudiment exercises based on paradiddles might be useful to help improve weak hand dexterity and balance.
I don't know if they're already out there and being played but I couldn't find anything similar in an initial online search. If not, I'm claiming them as my own invention ; - )
Please advise me in comments if they already exist and are in common use.

Paradididdle - Para-did-diddle - the sticking is L R LLL R L RRR with the accent on the first stroke, and the last three strokes are played as a triplet.
Paradidididdle - Para-did-did-diddle - the sticking is L R LLLL R L RRRR with the accent on the first stroke, and the last four strokes are played as semiquavers (or demi-semiquavers if your count is in semiquavers).
This is version 2 of this idea. Bit more serious and focussed. So is the camera.
