Welcome to a day in my life training Muay Thai in Thailand. This is my first YouTube video, and I wanted to bring you along for the journey — the training, the environment, the lifestyle, and everything that comes with leveling up mentally and physically.
I’m also building TalkUp, a movement focused on raising awareness for men’s mental health. It’s something deeply personal to me after losing my dad to suicide, and I’m working on creating more content to help men open up, feel seen, and feel supported!
I love traveling the world — it’s something I believe every young person should do if they get the chance. Life really is too short. Get out there, explore, and make memories that last a lifetime.
