Pink salmon come back to Puget sound and rivers in west WA every odd year. They show up along the beaches of Puget sound first, and then, when it's raining, they will migrate into rivers to spawn. Pink salmon are much fresher when they are still in the salt water. I was fishing at the keystone beach, bush point is good spot for pink salmon fishing too.
