Masala Chai Cake
Made this delicious tea cake couple of day ago & floured it with some aromatic masala chai (by @samaaratea)
its an easy recipe to follow & you’re going to enjoy this.

Ingredients
For the wet ingredients
2 cups water
3 tbsp samaara masala black tea
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grain sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
For the dry ingredients
2 1/2 cups refined flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
Bake at 175°C for 45 mins
