Follow along to see how to make a smoothie bowl, lentil and walnut tacos, veggie stew, lentil dahl and creamy korma. Below is the shopping list whilst assuming you have olive oil, veggie stock, some common spices, salt and pepper:
7 bananas
1 cauliflower
Chillis
1 swede
2 red peppers
Garlic bulb
Pack of tomatoes
4 medium avocados
Leeks (pack)
Carrots (pack)
Parsnips (pack)
2 soya yoghurt
Tomato puree
2 packs of red lentils
1 pack of brown rice
2 soya milk
1 pack of granola
Cashew nuts (pack)
Curry powder
Korma paste
Walnuts (pack)
2 cans of green lentils
2 cans of coconut milk
1 can pineapple
2 cans chopped tomatoes
Wholegrain tortilla wraps
1 pack frozen berries
