Mid 1960's band out of Greenwood, Indiana, doing a nice teen ballad from 1967. Jim Moore was involved in other bands and performed with them in many venues throughout the Hoosier State. Greenwood is a small city of about 60,000 people (2020) about 15 miles south of Indianapolis in central Indiana,but was only about 12,000 back in the time when this record was made. Enjoy the photos of the group and areas in and around Greenwood as this takes us back to a simpler time in America. I can imagine a warm summer evening in the area back in the 1960’s in a park or by a lake with the group performing this song, with kids to grandparents in attendance as this song most likely was tame enough to even be liked by the older folks.
