Folks try this very delicious beef dish and surely your family will love this! This is our version of the Korean Beef Stew ala House of Kimchi.
Ingredients:
1 kilo beef short ribs
1 whole head of garlic
1 whole onion
1 tbsp ginger
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp rice wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 beef cube
black pepper to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 bunch spring onion
3 bay leaves
toasted sesame seeds
