PragerU FAILS to Argue Columbus was a Good Guy (because he wasn't...)

On the first federally recognized Indigenous People's Day, it's time to ask: was Columbus good or bad? Michael Knowles, of PragerU, tries his best to answer this question, but he fails to provide much of a moral argument. Join me as I marvel at and dissect the weak arguments as Conservatives try to say Christopher Columbus was a good guy.

Footnotes:
[1] Rome, interestingly, has an interesting part of its slave state. Not only could slaves could attain full citizenship, but their children were automatically citizens (not a part of any other slave state that I've read up on). This isn't to praise Rome, obviously, just thought it was neat and couldn't fit this tidbit into the video (as it's mostly unrelated).
[2] Funny enough, the first African slaves brought in bondage to America were closer to what we understand as indentured servants, becoming free after a set number of years. Chattel slavery grew more brutal over time in the US, which is how we arrive at the brutality of antebellum slavery that we recognize right before the civil war; as its profitability became more clear, the brutality seems to increase.
[3] Another example, Nicki Minaj has been an oft maligned figure by the right for her risque performances over the past decade, but the second she says "I dunno about these vaccines" she's beloved by Conservative media. Obviously people are nuanced and I understand liking them for some things and not for others, but there's a particularly funny way this functions in Conservative media, where the outrage can flip from being SO strong against them one minute to being outraged for the person the next minute without seeming to address that previous outrage like five minutes beforehand, and that volatility is interesting to me (maybe a video topic...)
[4] First off, my brain forgot the word "nomadic" for a sec there. But secondly, I just wanna extra clarify that this understanding of indigenous people's, while accidental in the subconscious of some, is intentionally cultivated by others. It is necessary to make people think of nomads if you are interested in making Americans okay with their forced removal. And since discussing the advances of South American infrastructure might make some of us less okay with how we've treated them, it conveniently gets left out of the narrative.
