I love Cashew and i have always placed them on the same genre like Peanuts or Groundnuts. Peanut soup is one of my traditional soups so i always wondered that Cashew nut would be Tasty as well. TRUST ME , i wasn't wrong.
I made this with simple ingredients so i can determine the taste profile. When next i am making it, i will add more ingredients.
All you need is a Handfull of ROASTED Cashew ( this will feed about 6 people or more) , Onions, Pepper, Meat and seasoning of choice ... and boom you have a tasty dish. You can pair with any ball food or swallow of choice and i even see this going very well with rice.
