Healthy and filling Dal soup for dinner. Lentil Soup is loaded with vegetables and perfect filling meal for weight loss. It is easy to make and nutrient rich.
Ingredients :
1.Moong daal - 1/2 cup ( split and skinned green gram yellow lentils )
2.Stems of Broccoli, Carrots, French Beans and coriander stems
3. Sliced onion
4. Lemon - half
5. Garlic cloves - 8-10
6. Ginger - 1/2 inch
7. Chopped French beans - 1/2 cup
8. Chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup
9. Chopped Broccoli - 1/2 cup
10. Salt as per taste
11. Crushed black pepper - 1 tsp
12. Olive oil - 4 tsp
13. Black pepper corn - 10-12
14. Bay leaf - 2-3
