here I brew a simple pilsner using Polish Lubleski (lublin) hops, but pressure fermented in a Fermzilla all rounder. It was my first attempt at a fermenting under pressure. I used lager yeast at 20 degrees C under about 12 PSI. The recipe is a s follows:
IBU : 25 (Tinseth)
BU/GU : 0.59
Colour : 6 EBC
Batch Size : 22 L
Fermentables (4.25 kg)
4 kg - German Pilsen 3.4 EBC (94.1%)
250 g - Dextrin Malt 3 EBC (5.9%)
