Investigating Containers

Preschool and toddler teachers describe a 3-month project in which children engaged in a variety of learning activities while developing an understanding of the properties and uses of containers.

This effort was part of the Investigations curriculum used by Eastern's Child and Family Development Resource Center (CFDRC), which is centered around engaging projects—called "investigations"—on topics that are selected by children, teachers, and families.
