While cleaning up my workshop, I came across old table legs. I was actually going to get rid of them.
I must have kept them to do something with them again, but I don't know what. Because it's a veneer oak beam with glued pieces of scrap wood in it, I could only think of one thing to turn it. Candlesticks.
The design of Rude Osolnik was not makeable because this is not solid hardwood. That's why I left it a little thicker. 🤗
I still have enough to make a next one a bit thinner. Hopefully it will remain intact and if it does go wrong, hopefully I will remain intact.😬
