10 MINUTE BURPEE AND BODYWEIGHT EMOM WORKOUT WITH A PLANK FINISHER // Today’s workout is a quick but intense burpee and bodyweight EMOM workout where we’ll be hitting out three back-to-back exercises every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. It’s not a long workout but don’t let this put you off - we’ll be getting a lot of work done in a short time-frame. We’ll then finish the workout with a one minute plank hold.
Don’t forget to get thoroughly warmed up before this EMOM workout and let’s get started:
Check out all of the exercises featured in this EMOM workout:
EMOM
We’ll be completing the following exercises and reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Burpees x 5
Air squats x 5
Alternating lunges x 10
We’ll be completing 10 rounds of the above exercises and reps
Plank hold finisher - 60 seconds
End of workout
