Thank you so much to everyone who came out on Saturday March 30 to the third in my #JetSetMoves series of workouts at Athleta Lincoln Road in Miami.
We were blessed with the presence of Jamaican yoga instructor, aromatherapist and cookbook author Sharon Feanny, who flew up from Montego Bay to lead us in the most uplifting, joyous and energizing yoga class. I’m still high from the experience!
