Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish. Many seasonings are used, including, spring onions, garlic, ginger, jeotgal, etc. Kimchi is also used in a variety of soups and stews.
Kimchi / Kimchee (김치) is a traditional Korean side dish
Kimchi is a staple food in Korean cuisine. Most Koreans have it with almost every Korean meal at least once a day.
♻️Instructions♻️
1. Cut the cabbage. Cut the cabbage lengthwise across the cabbage stem
2. Salt the cabbage.
3. Rinse and drain the cabbage.
4. Make the spice paste.
5. Combine the vegetables and spice paste.
6. Mix thoroughly.
8. Pack the kimchi into the box
.
9. Let it ferment for 1 to 5 days.
