Hi all
We are back from a little enforced break - glad we could make it just in time for Diwali.
Today we are making sev to make sev and nuts and add to our chevda (with a twist!)
To make the sev you will need a murkoo machine that you can get at Indian stores such as Sataars
Ingredients
250g chana/gram flower
1/2 tsp whole jeera
1 tsp fine salt
1 tbs ghee (at room temp)
1/2 cup warm water
